Guild’s original website design limited content flexibility due to rigid layouts and excessive spacing, which made pages difficult to scan and discouraged users from scrolling. I partnered with the web manager, development team, and creative director to redesign the site’s core content modules for a new CMS platform, Storyblok. Using Figma, I led the redesign of the module system to support more flexible layouts while maintaining visual consistency across the site.

The new modular framework enabled marketing and content teams to build pages more efficiently while improving the overall browsing experience. The redesign contributed to measurable performance gains, including a 26% YoY increase in engagement rate, 229% growth in scroll depth, and 20% growth in organic search traffic.
